Hi, I would love to use the windows version of the project but i Got issue

Result: temperror Error: Failed to load /etc/resolv.conf: open /etc/resolv.conf: The system cannot find the path specified. Explanation:

You can override the path to that file by setting the global spf.ResolvConf, or use an explicit resolver.

Is it possible to do this from the command line in windows? I've found be creating a C:\etc\resolv.conf that spf.exe works however I would prefer for it to read the resolv.conf from the directory the exe is in.
