Installation fails due to failure of dependency VISION (which is due to loe) #32

Hello,

The loe package was recently removed from CRAN. This is a dependency of VISION, which is a dependency of scMetabolism. See here for more: https://github.com/YosefLab/VISION/issues/130.

Do you plan to look into solutions to enable installation of this package? Thanks.

I'm having the same issue and devtools::install_github("cran/loe") also fails to install. Did you find a way to solve this?

library(devtools) install_github("YosefLab/VISION")

it works by removing 2.1.0
