use alsa only without pulse via alsa loopback #1

Hello,

In readme "Use FFMPEG to capture audio transfer to UDP protocol"

Can you add example to stream via alsa only? This can be made to select alsa loopback as the main audio output. usefull when you dont use pulse and already have implement alsa audi loopback.
