In upcoming birthday section,the order of the employ should depend on birth day 
date.

Like,if one birthday is on 27th march and another birthday is on 31st 
march,then 27th march birthday should display on the top and then 31st march.

Not fixed.Here date of birth is sorting with Year.It should be only with Date.
