Default paths to assemblers/runners and runners if not specified in preferences. #19

If WUDSN IDE is installed via the WUDSN IDE installer, the default paths for assemblers/compilers and runners are known relative to the WUDSN installation directory. If the user does not specify explicit values, default should be used automatically in the cases where the .exe/.sh is present in the filesystem.
