Support for ARM64 on Windows 11 (or 10) #9

As title says. Support for ARM64 on Windows would be cool.

EDIT: Sorry, I missed to add the cat. And can't add it, as it seems :(

I could do with probably with a Windows 11 VM on my Mac Mini M1. But for this I'll need a valid Windows 11 license which I can use to activate the image. The price for such a license is currently 145 EUR. https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/d/windows-11-home/dg7gmgf0krt0

In addition there is currently no Eclipse version yet for the Windows / ARM combination. https://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/R-4.26-202211231800/
