add command in UG does not specify details for email, class number and tags

Class Number is specified in the Features section of the User Guide. User Guide does not have to specify the details of the command, and the app shows the correct parameters for the command.

User Guide for add command states that the entire t/TAG is optional, not just the TAG parameter.

Examples also show that add [...] c/T11 will pass and it shows that 0 tags refer to leaving out the t/ prefix.

User Guide does not have to contain details of expected format for every command. Moreover, the correct error message is shown in the application for the user to understand the valid email format. Emails universally follow the format of local_part@domain, and hence there was no need to specify that in the UG.

The Class Number section of the User Guide specified this.
