Edit command ALLERGY parameter #4

Currently, the inputted allergies would completely replace the current allergies. This could cause inconvenience to the users. Especially when the patient has quite a number of allergies, when the user wants to add in a new allergy, he has to type all the allergies all over again.

This feature is stated in the DG under Planned Enhancements point 4

As stated in the CS2103T website, we will be rejecting this bug.

We believe that the severity should be low, since the user is unlikely to frequently update the allergies of a patient.
