Centipede Atari 2600 Crash #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load up any Atari 2600 game (preferably Centipede)
2. Slow game down to 50%
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Bizhawk 1.5.1 on Windows 8.1 Pro RTM

Please provide any additional information below.

Doesn't happen for me, based on the description.  You tried other atari games?  
It only crashes when you slow the speed down?  only 50%, what about other 
speeds?  What about other platforms?

Can not reproduce, and not enough information to look into it, and no response 
from the user after quite some time, closing this issue.
