Link in Model component in DG goes to AddressBook Level 3's Github #8

When clicking on Model.java shown in the screenshot above, it directs the reader to the AddressBook Level-3's Github instead of the team's repo. (https://github.com/se-edu/addressbook-level3/blob/master/src/main/java/seedu/address/model/Model.java)

This can be rather problematic for readers as they cannot access the relevant GitHub files easily.
