Unique identifier for Mac file #105

The Mac needs the ability to generate a unique identifier for a file.  For 
Mach-o files, the ID will be 
derived from the load commands and a specified architecture.  For other files, 
the MD5 hash will be 
used.  I've attached a patch to do this.
