Consolidate wukong commands into one place and be generated on demand #40

Right now the list of commands are separated in two places, one in pynvc.py and the other in nvmcomm.h. It is a hassle to update command list in two places. It would be nice if the list could be placed in one place and be generated upon request or use in different format.

This has been implemented already. Close it if there is no issue any more.
