Zwave software reset #43

Zwave could left in an unstable state, need a way to reset zwave to stable state using software

I have written a first version in zwave_init()

We need to make sure the buffer is cleared so that the state machine won't be wrong initially. I will provide the HW mod guide so that the RF modukle will be reset while the AVR is reset.
