Remove the WuNode which has been removed from the network #104

When we exclude device from the network, delete it from the database as well. Currently, we only remove from the cache. We do not remove it from the database yet. We should do that by using the functions in the model.py.

Actually, there is no method to delete WuNode from the database yet.
