Currently the simulator is in a directory "network_ui", and the main class is called "WKNetworkUI", which is confusing. Should be renamed to "WKSimulator".
Also, I'll add an option to just run the NetworkServer part (either with or without a UI), which will be useful for the kitchen demo.
