In WuClass Designer or Application edit component, wuclass id should be auto assigned

If I leave the id field empty and save, the xml will have an entry with an empty id.

The id field should be removed, and auto generated and assigned to the new wuclass.

Also need to take into account application specific components, since they are only visible to specific application when the id is globally unique.
