Merge Location branch back to develop #49

I just merged the location branch into develop. I also fixed a bug, so now we can double click on location tree nodes in order to show its information.

I will try to write a document about the idea of every field there after I review the current mapping code.

I shared a powerpoint of how to use location policies. WIll also update the document.
