证书签发失败，已经添加了insecure #18

查看官方文件，貌似是无法连接服务器的原因？

证书签发服务器在新加坡，18日新加坡停电，不知道是不是受影响了

curl https://get.acme.sh | sh -s email=aaa@hotmail.com

再采用如下命令切换回原来的ca认证服务器，就能安装了。 ~/.acme.sh/acme.sh --set-default-ca --server letsencrypt
