listen() issue with checkboxes #36

Hi, great project!
One issue - when using listen() with checkboxes although it updates the visual 
tick it seems to require two clicks to then toggle?

Possibly related as well, when I'm using listen with numeric field (and no 
min/max), I can't actually type in the number.
