The Pixelbook Pen finally works :)

[x] needs proper support for multiple hidbus children - currently using an awful hack
[x] hid_report_size should be in some common place (?)
[ ] the HID-to-evdev mapping "framework" should be extracted I guess (?)
[ ] handle battery events

With improved hidbus, it actually looks fine now! :)

Not using the new tlc_locate stuff or anything yet..

ah, no need for tlc_locate, but using HID_TLC_FOREACH_ITEM now.
