Indeed a very common question. You already mentioned several features that we'd want to highlight, I've added them to this list:

Export to GIF, MP4, WebM and APNG
Record a specific window
Set aspect ratio
Record and export with customizable FPS
Community plugins for recording system audio, uploading to Giphy, editing playback speed, and more...

I would like to add a features section on readme and list all the features that @skllcrn list and put some image/gif for each of them...
