Highlight referenced source codes

We're using links to source codes stored directly in the documentation, which currently leads to links to download that code snippets. We should preprocess such files and wrap them to a some nice markdown documents with block of code.

For example, PowerAuth Server - Database Structure contains links to several SQL scripts. That links should lead to generated markdown documents, where the document will contain

• Appropriate title
• Code block with the highlighted content of the file
• Link to download the code snippet

Note that this is a low priority, nice to have feature, but with the framework, already available in DocuCheck's codebase, may be easy to implement.
