Errno10054 #727

I've got the error Result Error: ConnectionError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.metatrader5.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: / (Caused by <class 'socket.error'>: [Errno 10054] An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host) when i'd tried to check the url https://www.metatrader5.com and another one. Is any solution except the using of 3th Python version?
