gh-pages: fix space/underscore SNAFU #160

The github.io site, advertised in the readme, looks like it might a good jumping point, but, unfortunately, it renders spaces as underscores within codeblocks. Even for the install instructions. There's a recent commit related to underscores I think so that might be easy to fix.

Regeneration the web page with a more uptodate sphinx fixed the space/underscore errors.
