- extends examples: introduces guides directory
- handle ApiErrors consistently
- introduces new ApiError type
- this type is e.g. used to recognize composition errors or schema validation errors
- reworks some tests
- removes confusing provider documentation from the examples
- fixes comso monograph typo which led to not rendering the monograph example
- extends Makefile for new targets
