Driver name csi-rclone not found in the list of registered CSI drivers on kubernetes 1.16 #3

The csi is not working on k8s 1.16. It looks like the plugin thinks the driver is registered, but k8s does not.

How did you install the cluster?

because it might be related to this if you are using k3s: https://github.com/rancher/k3s/issues/840
