added travis build file for image build testing. #62

Should we add a travis file to the project, and have it run the docker image build on Pull Requests to test that the image builds properly.

If this travis file works, then we can likely copy this to all of the other images.

Note that this is not necessarily related to https://github.com/wunderkraut/image-fuzzy-alpine-devshell/issues/61

That issue is about adding the travis cli, wheras this PR is about adding travis instructions to the repo.
