nucleotides within gene predictions #19

Closed yannickwurm closed 10 years ago

when I zoom in, nucleotides often aren't shown correctly in the exons (within edit track) - the spacing is incorrect thus they are left-aligned within each "block" (the equivalent nucleotides are corruptly positioned in the DNA track)

Can't reproduce. Maybe it was a different issue:

I wasn't correctly taking into account forward and reverse strand when embedding nucleotides in the transcripts in edit track. Due to the bug, the forward strand would be rendered regardless of which strand the gene was on. Maybe that's why you felt nucleotides were left-aligned?

no - It looked like it had to do with the width of the surrounding nucleotides. If I remember correctly this appeared with specific zoom levels.

cheers, Yannick

Haven't been able to reproduce this bug in several attempts.
