Add a new Dockerfile #43

New Dockerfile to have a running Afra container. This does not fully work yet. Nginx configuration is left and rake fails to set up Afra.

Thanks @sa1. I have fixed the Rakefile. It should be a matter of running rake once to setup afra. Please can you finalise this PR? Ping me for nginx config and if there's stilly any issue with rake.
