Edit track doesn't accept drag-n-dropped transcript if transcript stretches beyond visible region. #65

The issue can reproduced with the gene ACEP_00002988-RA Si_gnF.scaffold02694:1646380..1675878(-) genomic 29498bp with default zoom setting.
