We have to:

[x] change the database design
[x] rewrite output routines properly
[x] find a way to input multiple proposers in problem.php

Client side part written in 53f5f6344d366b66c5d590d659837c9ded4cdff2 and cb2fdafdbcc5543eae6c8bb2d4823d723a5f322b, server side part in be0f6bd7bf3785b3244988ca590620d2f10a109e. We needed a new proposer form, able to hold multiple proposers. The new one is by far more interactive.
