NAI - Fixed keyboard layout patch for ICS #245

Well, i've been looking for keyboard layouts inside the ICS ROM to try to add 
symbols.

I finally made it ^^, i've added symbols for GW620 keyboards (for all which 
have the symbols/keys disposal as on this image:

Now, you dont have to hold alt or shift key to write capital letters or 
symbols. Keyboard is now just as on Gingerbread =P. You can also press shift or 
alt twice as on GB.

Install through CWM Recovery (isn't signed againg).

Sorry, it has a bug at "minus symbol" at Y key, which does not work for some 
apps, as on terminal emulator. Fix here:
