I modified the README.md file and #6

added info from epr repository as both have same functionalities except reading position. Also added Copyright and legal notices in the README file. In the legal notice I've mentioned the "MIT license" as Expat license because the word "MIT License" is misleading(see https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#Expat). Also GNU(gnu.org) recommends that you put Copyright and legal notices in every file to make the readers aware of their rights. So you might want to consider that.

Hello, appreciate the advice, just removed "MIT License " from epr readme. But I'm sorry, I don't think I will merge this, since I found epr readme too cluttering... I intend to make simpler readme for this epy.
