I've put off merging these.

docs additions for CWL changes
docs additions for cloudize-workflow script issues
use start/stop instead of thaw/freeze
move vars out for bsub_cloudzie.sh

Script changes:

Log skipping directories
Handle lists in get()
move yaml fns to their own section
put some infra values into tfvars, currently unused
