What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. google contacts add "山本, foo@example.com" #including non-ascii,
utf-8-encoded characters.
2. google contacts list name
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?
google 0.9.10

Please provide any additional information below.
