docs upload : do not convert to Gdocs format #416

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. option on the function to turn off GDocs converstion (e.g., leave .docx as 
docs and do not convert

You can use the `--format` and `--no-convert` option like this:

google docs upload --format docx --no-convert file.docx
