Revised implementation of prepareConfig #17

Revised implementation of prepareConfig to migrate a legacy plugin config to the new schema for multi-brokers support

My assumption is the keys used for a multi-broker config are the same as the ones used before for the single-broker configuration. This is why I am mqtt-config-schema to get the Keys to interate.
