quay.io, docker hub are both legacy-IP-only

This will get messy. I would suggest going dual stack if feasible...Calico supports it just fine; even if Kubernetes doesn't, that's fine, because we just need the pods to have IPv4 addresses for legacy connectivity.

k8s supports dualstack. closing ewontfix
