Merge DJs #107

There are a lot of shows logged by different permutations of "the ozone hour" (and others... DJ "you activated my trap card" etc...). we should be able to merge those without delving into the database.

5 is relevant, too. perhaps internal DJ ID and display name need to be seperated?
