automation doesn't chart plays. we're in a pandemic and this should change #114

ideally, automation would only chart "new" music or rotation, but never charting at all is clearly not a sustainable solution when we still have to chart to NACC.

20 is somewhat relevant. perhaps create user-configurable hiding by track, album, artist, or DJ. This could get complicated.
