Instead of (or perhaps in tandem with) using passive-aggressive emails to remind DJs to log out of trackman, they should be prompted the next time they log in with something to the extent of "Hi DJ_NAME, we noticed you forgot to log out of your show on DATE. Please remember to do this in the future as it keeps the bunnies and puppies that delouse the library well-fed" or some similar remark.
It should only trigger when it has been more than 6 hours since they were auto logged out, to prevent popups when they were logged out erroneously and log back in.
