Report/track absences by DJs #23

As suggested by @telnoratti in #41 , it would be nice if DJ absences were tracked once we eventually implement our universal scheduling app, since they seem to miss a lot of shows, and I never actually see people requesting subs (maybe they do on facebook; I haven't checked); this could send alerts to the FMPD, and long-term tracking of this data could be useful for the FMPD in making future schedules.

Depending on how integrated trackman's login is with the future scheduling app, this could range from simply knowing that a DJ was supposed to show up for a slot, and didn't (or showed up late), and alert on that, to alerting that "@echarlie subbed for @telnoratti", and then storing data on whether that DJ is good about finding subs, etc.
