The webmaster asks: "Any way we can keep the radiothon article at the top of the article stream?"

on further inquiry, he noted:

I only ever would want to pin one article at a time, and I'd like to be able to rotate them out as needed
If you can pin an article in a category page thats cool, but if not, it doesnt matter.
