System Launcher stoped #1

Hello I have an error every time I put in the Portuguese language (Portugal) I get the error saying that the system launcher stopped and I can not go to the initial screen, could I fix this in the next build?

@wuxianlin @azdekavir I edited boot.img properly and even kernel is permissive but still stuck in mi logo....please someone help me to boot miui8 rom for grand here is the logcat.... miui8.logcat.zip
