yosys was missing the -top parameter, which meant that nextpnr would complain with "ERROR: IO 'rst_o' is unconstrained in LPF".
Remove TRELLIS variable (not used).
Make prog target dependant on the .bit file rather than .svf, since that is the file used by openFPGALoader.
Remove the json files when doing "make clean".
Add "all" to the .PHONY target.

Other examples may need similar fixes (at least the "-top" one).
