fix unexported token when import #2

Fixes #1 Changes:

change main property in package.json

Thank you, But i can't find the problem with Vue version 2.2.6, maybe has problem about other version. So I have merged your request and also modify lib/Index.vueto lib/index.vue on version 1.0.19
