Reincarnation Server a-la-Minix3 for extra reliability

It may be a good idea to implement a server which monitors other
servers for crashes and malfunctioning. Minix3's reincarnation server
is a very good example for a possible implementation on FreeNOS.

I suspect such a service isn't only useful for kernel processes, but also user 
processes. 
Other operating systems such as Solaris and OS X have invested a lot of time 
writing 
stuff like svcadm and launchd to monitor processes, but also launching 
processes on 
demand. Basically it's a mixture between a reincarnation server and an inetd.
