Updated the styling to LUI and tweaked a bit #1

Added LUI styling. Added logic to disable back button when at first item. Removed 'Reset' (couldn't work out why it was needed over clear as seemed to act the same). Changed internal counter so that first item in dimension is selected when next is first pressed (was selecting second).
