Animate makes selection in excluded values

Hi,

First of all, I do really like the extension! Especially nice in combination with graphs and maps. I run into one issue though. I want to show the development of houses over the years in a line graph. After I selected one area, the years from 1995-2008 are possible values to loop through.

The animate starts at 1995 (as intended) but will select 2009 and further (even going to the lowest values to maintain the loop). Unfortunatly by selecting 2009 my initial selection of one area is overruled!

Is it somehow possible to make the amount of values in the loop (called index) dependant on your selected state?

I just downloaded this extension and it is great. I do have the same question. I have a date dimension starting in 2013, but would be nice the extension to use the Date selection as the start date for the animation. If there is no selection, then use the current behavior that you have set. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
