filtered nbeta to just predictors.

went from 4mb to 32 kb

Also removed dependency on Matrix by coercing dgcmatrices to normal matrix (nbeta)

After this, need to remove nbeta.rda from git history because the large commits causes errors/warnings for bioccheck
